# Your data on Aria: tables, users, files, Archive

> Browse tables, manage Supabase users and Storage files, copy a database, and get deleted data back from the Archive within 30 days.

Source: https://getaria.cloud/docs/data (updated 1 November 2026)

Open a project and go to **Database** to see what your app has stored. You can browse and edit tables, manage the people who sign in, look through files and copy a whole database. What you delete here waits 30 days in the Archive, so a mistake can be undone.

## What is on the Database page?

| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Databases** | A card for each database, with its health, backups and tools. Below them, requests, sign-ups, size and connections. |
| **Users** | The people who sign in to your app, from Supabase Auth. |
| **Storage** | Your Supabase Storage buckets and files. |
| **Archive** | What was deleted here, waiting 30 days. |

**Users** and **Storage** appear when the project has Supabase.

## Why does Aria ask me to confirm it's me?

Your data and credentials sit behind a second check, even when you are signed in.

- **On the Mac,** use Touch ID, or your password.
- **In the browser,** enter your password.

Your data opens after that check every time, and it locks again after 15 minutes without use. Credentials stay confirmed for 15 minutes. **Open data**, **Users**, **Storage**, **Archive** and **Copy database** all use this gate.

## How do I look at my tables?

Choose **Open data** on a database. Pick a schema and a table, then search, filter and page through the rows. You can edit a cell, insert a row or delete rows. `public` holds your app's tables. Supabase's `auth` and `storage` schemas are read-only here.

## How do I manage my users?

The **Users** tab lists everyone in Supabase Auth, with when they joined and last signed in. Find someone by email, and open a row for their details. You can select several people and delete them together.

Before anything goes, Aria shows what goes with them, such as their rows in your tables. They go to the Archive, and they cannot sign in while they are there.

## How do I look at my files?

The **Storage** tab lists your buckets, each public or private, with its file count and size. Open a bucket and find a file by name. Pictures show a preview, and audio and video play in place. Deleting a file moves it to the Archive.

## What is the Archive?

Users, rows and files you delete from these pages wait in the Archive for 30 days. Each entry says when it was deleted and how long it has left.

- **Restore** puts it back.
- **Delete forever** removes it now, after you type to confirm. It cannot be restored after this.

After 30 days it goes for good. The Archive covers what you delete on these pages. For anything else, use a [backup](https://getaria.cloud/docs/backups).

## How do I copy a database?

Choose **Copy database** on a Postgres or Supabase card, then **Make the copy**. Aria makes a fresh copy on the server and keeps it private and encrypted. You get a link that works for one hour. Owners and Admins can do this.

| In the zip | What it is |
|---|---|
| `database.dump` | `pg_dump`'s custom format, for `pg_restore`. |
| `database.sql` | The same as plain SQL, for `psql`. |
| `storage.tar.gz` | Your Storage files, if you choose **Include Storage files**. |
| `README.md` | How to restore it, step by step. |

## How do I connect from my computer?

**Direct access** opens the database to this computer for two hours, for `psql`, TablePlus or your ORM. Choose **Read only** if you only need to look. Copy the password when it is shown, because it is not shown again. Choose **Close** when you are done.

From a terminal, `aria db url` gives you a temporary login. See [Databases](https://getaria.cloud/docs/databases).

**Credentials** shows the connection details for 60 seconds. Choose the login only, or everything: connection URL, host, user, password and keys.

## Can Aria AI touch my data?

It reads the schema and runs read-only queries, and columns that look like credentials cannot be read. Moving something to the Archive and running SQL that changes data both wait for your approval. See the [safety model](https://getaria.cloud/docs/mcp).
